Mount everest

The mountain Khangchendzonga or Kangchenjunga is a high mountain with a height of 8,586 meters, and is known by several different names. The mountain is the second highest in Nepal and the third highest mountain in the world after Mount Everest and K2. Mount Khangchendzonga is located on the border between Sikkim and eastern Nepal. The name Kanchenjunga stands for “five treasures of snow” because the mountain has five high mountain peaks, all of which are more than 8,000 meters high.
Lhotse
Mount Lhotse, is a mountain located between Tibet and China. The mountain is the fourth largest mountain in the world with a height of 8,516 meters. The mountain is close to Mount Everest and is located in the city of Khumbu, Nepal. The entire Lhotse massif can be considered three different mountains, fordder are three peaks of over 8,000 meters, one of them, Lhotse Middle which is one of the most difficult of the Himalayas to reach.
Makalu
Makulu is with its height of 8,462 meters, the world’s fifth highest mountain . The mountain is located on the border between Nepal and Tibet, in the Himalayas. Mount Makalu was first climbed in 1955, more precisely on May 15, 1955. There are several expeditions that have repeatedly tried to climb Makalu, but without success. The Makalu mountain is known as one of the hardest and most difficult mountains to climb, with its very steep and razor-sharp edges.
Cho Oyu
Mount Cho Oyu is a mountain located in the Himalayas, between the borders of Nepal and China. The mountain is the sixth highest mountain in the world , with a height of 8,201 meters. The mountain was first climbed in 1954, by an Austrian expedition and has since been climbed up to several times. The name of the mountain “Cho Oyu” has a very special meaning. It means “Turquoise Goddess” in Tibetan, due to the very light blue beautiful top.
Dhaulagiri I
The mountain, Dhaulagiri is located in a seventh place above the world’s highest mountain peak and has a height of 8,167 meters. The mountain is located in the far east of the Himalayan Mountains, north of central Nepal. For over 30 years, the western world believed that Dhaulagiri was the highest mountain in the world. It was already in 1808 that Dhaulagiri was discovered, however, 30 years later, the mountain Kanchenjunga was discovered, and therefore the Dhaulagiri mountain lost its title. Where eventually it was discovered that Mount Everest was the highest.
Manaslu
Mount Manaslu, also called Kutang, is the eighth highest mountain in the world with a height of 8,163 meters. The mountain is located in the northwestern part of Nepal. The name of the mountain “Manaslu” actually means “Mountain of the Spirit”. Mount Manaslu is a popular mountain for trekking enthusiasts as the trekking is very varied. Annapurna I
Annapurna, is a name which consists of several mountain peaks in Nepal, Himalayas, where Annapurna I is the highest point in the Annapurna massif. Annapurna I, with its height of 8,091 meters, is the tenth highest mountain in the world . The Annapurna massif itself is 55 kilometers long and consists of very high mountain peaks, all of which are popular mountains to climb. The name Annapurna means “goddess of harvest” because the mountains are used for fertility and agriculture.
Annapurna actually has three peaks over 8,000 meters.
