Some essential care are:
Do light meals, soups, grilled and boiled, and eating small amounts throughout the day to avoid nausea;

Urinate at least 5 times per day;

Take the remedies given by the doctor, complying with the dose and the times to avoid infection and pain;
Avoid doing physical exercise in the first week, especially when there are stitches or staples;

Why do physical therapy after plastic surgery
Physiotherapy dermatofuncional is especially recommended after plastic surgery to ensure the acceleration of the process of recovery and in the prevention of complications.
It has as objective the reduction of the swelling, the maintenance of the movements, improvement of the scars and the prevention or reduction of adhesions scar. In addition, it helps to decrease bruising, fibrosis, improves blood circulation and venous return, increases tissue oxygenation, and decreases the recovery time after plastic surgery.
